Deputy Manager - New Car Finance
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Culture Anchor:

Duties and Responsibilities

Meet and exceed business goals/targets in different products, i.e., Loans & Insurance bundled/non-bundled through lead fulfilment and field activity on existing database.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience in direct or channel sales in loans.

Experience in insurance will be an added advantage.

Ensure to update status within 24 hours of lead received.

Ability to recruit FOS through different channels.

Maintain a pickup percentage as per the metric.

Maintain FOS productivity as per the metric.

Excellent team handling and problem-solving ability.

Strong experience and know-how in data management and MS Office.

Good team leader to handle the team and achieve the set target.

Exceptionally high motivational levels and must be a self-starter.
