Deputy Manager - New Car Finance
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities

Meet and exceed business goals/targets in different products, i.e., Loans and Insurance (bundled/non-bundled) through lead fulfillment and field activity on existing database.

Manage lead fulfillment and field activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant prior work experience in direct or channel sales in loans.

Experience in insurance will be an added advantage.

Ensure to update status within 24 hours of lead received.

Ability to recruit FOS through different channels.

Maintain a pickup percentage as per the metric.

Maintain FOS productivity as per the metric.

Excellent team handling and problem-solving ability.

Proficient in data management and MS Office.

Strong team leadership to handle the team and achieve set targets.

Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
