for the post of Deputy Manager (MS) in grade 'G'


Details of Qualification, Experience & Age for the above post are as follows:

  • Qualification

    : Full-time B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communications from a recognized college/university with minimum 60% aggregate marks.

Note: Candidates from IITs, NITs and equivalent institutes will be given priority.

  • Experience

    :

Minimum 07 years post-qualification experience in Networking and Security Administration as on 30.11.2025

Hands-on experience in:

  • LAN and WAN Network Implementation & Maintenance
  • Firewall Implementation & Management (Fortinet Preferred)
  • IT Infrastructure Security & Monitoring
  • Video Conferencing Systems Implementation & Troubleshooting
  • Microsoft O365 Main Administration & Security
  • Vendor Coordination
  • Contract Management

Candidate should be well versed in legacy as well as latest IT Technologies with experience in drafting RFPs, SOWs, BOQ preparation and approval notes. Candidate should be fluent in formal English Business Communications & Presentations and must have done liaison jobs with the internal and external customers/ vendors, etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.

  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot complete LAN and WAN setup including Core switches, Server Farm/Gateway switches, access switches, routers, and wireless controller & access points.
  • Monitor MPLS connectivity and coordinate/escalate with ISPs -Raising tickets and follow up with escalations with ISP Providers for MPLS Connectivity (Multi-Location) and Internet Connectivity.
  • Manage MPLS and SD-WAN technologies.
  • Perform physical and logical troubleshooting of network issues.
  • Assign VLANs, IP addresses, and manage routing protocols (Static, BGP).
  • Configure STP, Stacking, Ether-Channel, port security, etc. as per requirement.
  • Coordinate with Facility Management Services (FMS) team for wired/wireless network issues.
  • Proper cabling (UTP and OFC), labelling, dressing and management.
  • Maintain updated static IP/MAC address inventories.
  • Implement dual-route configurations for critical applications across SMOs.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools/products based on organizational requirements.
  • Coordinate Preventive Maintenance schedules across IT services.
  • Oversee renewal and configuration of DNS management services (GoDaddy, Network Solutions).
  • Documentation, Reporting & Planning Maintain network and firewall configuration backups and change logs.
  • Participate in infrastructure planning capacity, performance tuning, and upcoming project discussions.
  • Document root cause analyses (RCA) for critical outages or incidents.
  • Maintain Link Down reports with ticket numbers for quarterly payment analysis as per SLA.
  • Contribute to disaster recovery drills and BCP testing for connectivity and remote access.

  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot IPSEC VPN, DMZ VLAN policies across sites (e.g., SuratNoida).
  • Support VAPT activities and IT infrastructure performance audits.
  • Provide reports and inputs for cyber-insurance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Security Administrator to manage firewall policies for Data Centre (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR).
  • Managing Web Filters, Application Control, DoS, DDoS, SSL Inspection, DMZ, SD-WAN, Traffic Shaping, DNS, BGP, Static Routes, Dynamix Routes, Virtual IP, ZTNA, SASE, Ports/ Services, Proxy, DLP, WAF, Email Filter, File Filter, IPS, IDS, SSL VPN, IPSec VPN, LDAP, RADIUS, logging, etc. Related policies on Firewalls.
  • Configuring, maintaining and monitoring of logs on Firewall Analyzer/Log Collector, taking required actions to mitigate or eliminate the risks, configuring reports and dashboards, etc.
  • Manage MFA administration (assignment/removal).
  • Coordinate with CERT-In for projects like Honeypot deployment.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools/products based on organizational requirements.

3. Mail & Endpoint Administration

  • Create, update, and delete mail user accounts.
  • Monitor bulk/spam emails and coordinate with mail service providers (e.g., Microsoft).
  • Administer Microsoft Defender for Office 365 security policies Anti-Spam, Anti Phishing, Safe Attachments, Spoof Protection, DMARC, DKIM, SPF, etc.
  • Manage Azure Active Directory, Intune, Windows Hello, Conditional Access, Endpoint Manager, and related Microsoft security/compliance tools.
  • Assist with mail backup/restore requests.

4. Contracts & Vendor Management

  • Preparation of Scope of Work, RFP, BOQ, etc. As per KRIBHCO procurement procedures after finalizing the requirements with different stakeholders, IT Team and external OEMs, vendors, etc.
  • Manage Contracts, vendor liaison, including escalations, payments, tracking SLAs, penalty calculation, and any requirements for effective contract management, etc.
  • Manage various AMC renewals related to IT (Infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Network, Firewalls, OS, Anti-Virus, etc.), Software, Domains, Video Conference Equipment/licenses, etc.)
  • Track escalations with vendors and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate Preventive Maintenance schedules across IT services.

5. Video Conferencing & AV Support

  • Plan, design, and maintain AV setups at corporate offices and regional office locations.
  • Support and troubleshoot VC/IT equipment during meetings.
  • Ensure Preventive Maintenance of Collaboration/ Video Conference Equipment in coordination with internal and external teams.
  • Coordination with internal and external teams for faster issue resolution.
