Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Preferred knowledge areas:
In depth Knowledge of Gear Machining & measuement processes, Housing machining, Grinding.
Indepth Knowledge of Transmission Assembly process / trouble shooting.
In depth Knowledge of 7QC tools, ISO 9000, TS 16949, TPM, DWM, 5S.
Hands on experience of all types of measuring instruments, CMM & standard room.
Hands on experience of SPC, MSA, layout Inspection, DCP, DOE, PPAP, APQP
Knowledge of internal audit technique, planning & execution.
Knowledge of engineering drawing, Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing
Knowledge of maching defects and analysis.
Basic knowledge of Heat Treatment.
Knowledge about Innovation
Knowledge about change management.
Knowledge about Global trends in machining.
Technological upgrades with benchmark practices.
Knowledge about Low cost automation technology.
