Location: Cherlapally, Hyderabad Experience Required: 10+ years in Precision Tooling / Injection Mold Manufacturing About the Role We are looking for an experienced Tool Room Manager to lead our mold manufacturing operations. This role requires strong technical expertise in understanding of inserts, CNC Milling, EDM, Wire-EDM, Cylindrical grinding, Surface Grinding operations , and hands-on experience in managing a high-precision tool room. You will oversee production planning, quality, manpower allocation, process adherence, and timely delivery of high-precision tools. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the tool room (CNC Milling, EDM, Wire-EDM, Grinding, Polishing, CMM). Oversee insert manufacturing . Ensure timely execution of projects as per delivery schedules. Allocate manpower, define priorities, and maintain shift efficiency. Review 2D/3D designs, machining programs, and process plans. Troubleshoot machining, and assembly issues on the shop floor. Ensure adherence to machining quality standards. Coordinate with Design, Production, and Quality teams to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor consumables, tool life, and preventive maintenance. Train and develop operators and junior engineers. Maintain documentation, DCRs, and quality reports. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years experience in injection mold/tool room environment . Strong knowledge of: CNC Milling (3/4/5 axis), CNC Turning, Wire EDM / Die Sinking EDM, Surface & Cylindrical Grinding, Mold assembly & fitting, Heat treatment & coatings Experience handling precision tolerances and complex molds . Ability to manage a team of operators, machinists & EDM specialists. Strong problem-solving, planning & communication skills. Why Join Us?
