Deputy Manager/ Manager Sales (Warehouse & Distribution)

You will be responsible for leading and managing the complete bid lifecycle, from pre-qualification to final submission. This includes reviewing tender documents, defining bid strategy, and ensuring timely submissions. You will collaborate with internal engineering teams such as System, Structural, Electrical & Automation, and build strong relationships with warehouse operators, courier services, and distribution vendors. It is crucial to ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and internal standards while conducting post-bid analysis to drive continuous improvement. Your deep understanding of warehouse automation and logistics processes will be essential for this role. Having good business sense with commercial acumen and experience in handling high-value bids is vital. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills are required to succeed in this position. Qualifications: - Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics (MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing preferred). - Experience: 8-12 years in bid management/logistics/engineering industries. - Extensive expertise in the warehouse, distribution, and parcel delivery market with deep industry insights. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); AutoCAD (basic).
