Deputy Manager Machining Maintenance

Responsibilities Key Deliverables

Preventive Maintenance Execute preventive maintenance per schedule/maintain breakdown data along with root cause analysis on daily basis

Breakdown Maintenance Handle all breakdown (mechanical/electrical) on daily basis in shifts and ensure 100% availability of every machine in each shift

Control maintenance parameter like MTTR, MTBF and breakdown incident by adhering to PM schedule

Work on experience of TPM, RCM, ISO, OHSAS TS

Safety Ensure Zero incident in his area by identifying unsafe condition on machine and implement kaizen

Motivate maintenance team for doing kaizen and enhance overall skill level of his team by conducting technical training and lesson learn

Technical Expertise

Working and programming knowledge of Messung, Mitsubishi Siemens PLC

Knowledge of CNC machines having Siemens, Mitsubishi Fanuc controller

Hands on experience on Siemens CNC Siemens PLC such as S7-300 S7-1200

Technical knowledge of component cleaning machine stages ultrasonic washing machines

Working programming knowledge of ABB robots

Basic working knowledge of SAP for spare part planning, making purchase requisition and purchase order

Maintenance knowledge of Special purpose machine for Grinding and Honing operation

Such as Nagel Gehring machine

Should have a technical knowledge of conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic based testing machines
