As the Deputy Manager - LV Sales at Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.) in Kochi, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing accounts in the assigned region. With a rich legacy of over 70 years in India, we offer a wide range of electrical and automation solutions catering to various segments such as homes, agriculture, buildings, infrastructure, and industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Market Analysis:** Understand market requirements, customer profiling, identify key value propositions, analyze competitor offerings, and strengths & weaknesses - **Account Management:** Manage complete customers in the assigned region - **Techno-Commercial:** Assess techno-commercial terms, identify risks, and discuss them with customers/channel partners/management - **Channel Management:** Manage business from various channel partners, plan sales strategies, support building customer network, conduct promotion activities, and identify new channel partners - **Promotional Activities:** Plan and conduct sales product presentations, trainings, seminars, and other promotion activities for customers **Key Competencies:** - Strong understanding of switchgear product range & applications - Techno-commercial knowledge of competition product range - Good knowledge of customers within the territory - Professionalism, perseverance, good communication & presentation skills - Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi preferred - Effective time management & customer relationship management skills **Qualifications:** - B.E/ B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics - 3-5 years of experience in a similar role Join Schneider Electric as an IMPACT Maker and contribute to turning sustainability ambition into action at the intersection of automation, electrification, and digitization.
