Deputy Manager - Liaisoning (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Liaisoning with Stakeholders: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, developers, architects, contractors, and government authorities.

2. Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating real estate projects, ensuring timely completion, and quality delivery.

3. Communication and Reporting: Facilitate effective communication and reporting between stakeholders, including project updates, progress reports, and issue resolution.

4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant real estate regulations, laws, and industry standards.

5. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction.

6. Site Visits and Inspections: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality standards.

7. Issue Resolution and Escalation: Identify, analyze, and resolve issues promptly, escalating to senior management when necessary.

8. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including project documents, correspondence, and reports.

Secondary Responsibilities: -

1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the real estate market.

2. Business Development: Assist in identifying new business opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with potential clients.

Skills and Qualifications: -

1. Any Bachelors degree (B.Arch. Preferred)

2. 7-10 years of experience in real estate, liaisoning, or project coordination

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

5. Knowledge of real estate regulations, laws, and industry standards
