Job Description

Job Purpose:

To assist the GM-Secretarial / Company Secretary of the Company in ensuring the timely compliances of Statutory, Regulatory and Corporate governance requirements.

Place of Posting

Coromandel International Limited, Registered Office, Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling Investor requests, Investor grievances and timely redressal of the same.
Co-ordination with the Companys Registrar’s and Transfer Agent on Investor grievance redressal and Stock Exchanges.
Assist in maintaining statutory registers and records as per Companies Act, 2013.
Support in filing necessary forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
Help ensure compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations, Filings with Stock exchange and compliance of other applicable corporate laws.
Assist in statutory meeting preparations.
Coordinate with Key officials and Executives at the Registered office of the Company for various secretarial purposes.
Coordinate with internal departments for legal and compliance matters.
Assist in secretarial audits and internal compliance checks.
Prepare periodic compliance reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
CS (Company Secretary) qualification from ICSI, with membership.
Experience:
1–2 years of relevant experience in a listed Company.
Skills:

Strong knowledge of corporate laws and SEBI Regulations.
Good Verbal, written communication and drafting skills.

Proficiency in MS Office packages – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
