Deputy Manager Learning & Development

Role Overview: As a Deputy Manager - Learning and Development at Blue Star, you will be responsible for leading and supporting strategic L&D initiatives to drive impactful learning experiences and strengthen talent capability. Your role will involve program management, public speaking & facilitation, content design & development, LMS & digital learning management, analytics & reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end ownership of leadership development and capability-building programs, including stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and impact measurement. - Confidently anchor sessions, moderate panels, and represent L&D in leadership forums. - Create and adapt high-quality learning content, decks, toolkits, and program communication in collaboration with learning partners. - Manage and promote LMS usage, track engagement, and generate insights to improve adoption. - Prepare impact reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership. - Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify skill gaps and craft targeted learning interventions. Qualifications: - MBA or Masters in HR / Organisational Psychology / Learning & Development preferred.
