Job Description

Role & responsibilities

New Branch Roll out Identification of New Premises, Legal Clearance & Furnishing of the premises
Branch Renewal & Surrender: Should ensure the existing premises are renewed before the expiry date and surrender the approved premises before due date and fulfil all the Renewal & Surrender process smoothly on expected lines.
Branch Visit: Visit all the branches in the Mapped region as per set target from time to time.
Repair & Maintenance: Ensure all branches are maintained on expected lines. Identify & coordinate vendors for Mapped Branches and resolve any issues.
Asset Management: Conduct Physical Asset verification for mapped branches & ensure all new assets are tagged.
Maintain cordial relationship with Landlord & Vendor.
Compliance: Ensure all premises related compliance like S&E & Trade License are fulfilled.
MIS Management of all KRA are maintained and shared on request.

Preferred candidate profile

Should have experience on opening of new branches
Should have an experience on Facility Management.
Experience from NBFC companies is preferable
Should have experience on Physical Asset Verification
Should be willing to travel minimum 15 to 20 days in a month.
Age limit: Should not exceed 35 Years
Candidate should be currently residing from the same city for the offered city.
Should have knowledge of Premises compliance requirement.
Preferably Graduate / 3 Years Diploma in Civil Engineering or Graduate with 6 Years’ experience as Infra Managers in BFSI industry.
