Deputy Manager - Human Resources

Key Job Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Develop, implement, and optimize recruitment strategies for high-volume call centre/BPO roles.
Source candidates through channels like job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit.
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job offer negotiations and onboarding.
Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.
HR Generalist Functions:
Handle employee onboarding and exit processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, performance management, and compliance with labour laws.
Address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and handle grievances.
Maintain HR records in compliance with regulations.
Execute employee engagement initiatives and contribute to retention strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Overall experience of 5+ years with MBA in HR or a related discipline preferred.
Experience in high-volume talent acquisition preferably in a call centre set up.
Experience in handling employee grievances with a structured approach.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Stakeholder Management; understanding of labour Laws.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment and HR cycles simultaneously.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to ensure compliance in a dynamic environment.
