Deputy Manager - Human Resources - About The Role
Deputy Manager - Human Resources
Job Purpose
The incumbent is responsible for rolling out correct offers by validating offer related documents and checks, thereby maintaining sanity of the process. Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for reviewing and auditing the offers that are sent to external hires.

Ensure all checks are done pertaining to candidate offers and necessary approvals are taken.

Maintain the recruitment tracker and adhere to timelines.

Achieve assigned targets in terms of offers on a day-to-day basis.

Guide a team of contractual employees as needed to streamline the process.

Manage stakeholders and queries through proper coordination and timely resolution.

Advise on process improvements as required.

Ensure zero-error offer processing.

Key Decisions / Dimensions

Release of offers.

Disapproving an offer based on unsatisfactory documents.
