Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - A minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in forge production or a related manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of hot forging processes, equipment, and technologies. - Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools for production planning and monitoring.
