Deputy Manager - Finance & Accounts

Greetings,

We are looking for a Deputy General Manager - Finance & Accounts,

Experience - 10 + years,

Location - Palamner, Telangana.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Supervise daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
  
• Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts.
  
• Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analyses.
  

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts.
  
• Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
  

3. Compliance & Statutory Requirements

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, accounting standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
  
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  

4. Internal Controls & Process Improvement

• Implement and monitor internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
  
• Streamline accounting processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
  

5. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund requirements.
  
• Coordinate with banks for credit facilities, LC, BG, and other financing arrangements.
  

6. Team Management

• Supervise and mentor the finance & accounts team.
  
• Ensure timely training and skill development of team members.
