Job Description

  • Design and implement electrical infrastructure and automation systems.
  • prepare and review SLDs, load schedules, panel specs, lighting layouts and power distribution schemes.
  • Coordinate with civil, mechanical, automation, QA, and EHS teams to ensure integrated project execution.
  • Track progress against project timelines and proactively resolve execution bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage vendors and contractors, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee commissioning of electrical systems – HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, fire alarms, and BMS interfaces.
  • Maintain electrical documentation and support during regulatory inspections and audits.
  • In-depth understanding of HT/LT power systems, earthing, cable sizing, UPS, DG, BMS integration.
  • Familiarity with IEC, IS, GEP, and pharma automation standards.
  • Working knowledge of SCADA, PLC, and instrumentation used in regulated environments.
  • Tools: AutoCAD Electrical, Dialux, MS Project/Primavera.
  • Strong planning and cross-functional communication.
  • High discipline in schedule adherence and issue resolution.
  • Decision-maker with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Team player with strong execution focus and documentation clarity.
  • Ability to lead discussions with regulatory, validation, and audit teams.
