Job Description

Responsibilities

Electrical System Management:

Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems in thermal power plants.

Project Execution:

Ensure timely execution of electrical-related tasks within thermal projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Compliance & Standards:

Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

Diagnose and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination:

Liaise with vendors and contractors for procurement, installation, and servicing of electrical equipment.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain records of electrical systems, prepare reports, and provide insights for process improvements.

Team Leadership:

Guide and mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
