Deputy Manager – Digital Sales

• Driving sales for Online Channel through Web Aggregator, Broker & other unconventional source.
• Managing Existing relationships & new acquisition of Online Partners in Web Aggregator, Insurance Brokers, and Corporate Agents etc. for online sales and facilitating their implementation.
• Building up Sales through partners and nurturing relationship from long term perspective.
• Exploring new distribution avenues via websites.
• Facilitating end-to-end tie-ups with the intermediaries in accordance with the legal, marketing, technical, business process re-engineering and operational aspects
• Finalizing the business proposals with the intermediaries and closely monitoring the performance and challenges

Required Candidate profile

• The person will be responsible for managing outbound call center, driving their SLA's, achieving process metrics, floor management, providing quality service and achieving overall targets.
• Should be from life insurance background and with prior knowledge of online assistance model
• Person will be responsible for customer service MIS's including outbound reports, data analysis, adhoc data, projections, billings & provisions.
• Adherence to pre defined TAT & maintaining desired quality standards to ensure the agreed targets are met
• Ensure to meet the agreed performance level as per the objective setting form
