Deputy Manager- Civil - Projects

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of civil projects in the Power/Energy sector.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage project resources, including budget, materials, and manpower, to ensure successful project completion. - Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
• Monitor project progress and performance, and report updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment to motivate project teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices for project execution.
• Collaborate with external partners, contractors, and vendors to achieve project objectives effectively.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members to enhance project outcomes.

• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in civil project management within the Power/Energy industry. - Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. - Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
