Qualification (Degree, Certifications, etc.) Bachelors Degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related fields) MBA/PGDM (preferred, but not mandatory – especially valuable if focused on Marketing, Sales, or Business Strategy) Skills Required (Technical, Soft Skills, Tools, etc.) • Strong verbal & written Communication Skills • Interpersonal Skills • Presentation & Demonstration Skills • Client Handling Minimum 1 year experience in Sales / Pre-sales /Business Development Preferably in (SaaS / CPaaS /Telcom/ IT / Sales) or any other solution selling working experience. Job Responsibilities (Key Duties & Expectations) • Achieve assigned acquisition and revenue targets. • Monitor, manage, and maximize revenue from existing clients. • Perform duties across multiple departments, including Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Onboarding, and Client Services. • Develop and maintain direct relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts. • Collaborate closely with the Product team to enhance products by gathering market requirements. • Identify and interpret customer requirements for solutions. • Create customer presentations on solution- related topics. • Develop detailed Scopes of Work and communicate them to the Development team. • Prepare customer proposals based on client requirements. • Train the field sales team on product features and benefits. • Support customer onboarding and provide initial handholding. • Interact with various stakeholders, including clients, Service Delivery, and Accounts SPOCs. • Demonstrate products to customers through interactive demos. • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
