We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Current Account) to join our Retail Banking team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.As a Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Current Account), you will be responsible for acquiring new customers for our Current Account products and services. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our retail banking business and achieving our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to promote our Current Account products and services.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the retail banking business.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of current account products and services is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
