You will be a part of the retail banking team and will report to the Branch Manager. Key Responsibilities Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, and networking Conduct meetings with potential customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable current account products and services Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their long-term loyalty and satisfaction Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for customer acquisition and revenue generation Collaborate with other teams such as product, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers Stay updated with the latest market trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to the management team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new customers Strong understanding of current account products and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment Willingness to travel within the assigned region We offer a competitive salary package and a dynamic work environment where you can learn and grow.
