Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies to support our business growth plans. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and design manpower plans. - Overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. - Building and promoting our employer brand through various channels such as digital platforms, industry events, and campus engagement. - Identifying and leveraging new sourcing channels and recruitment tools to attract diverse talent. You will also be responsible for: - Building and nurturing relationships with leading colleges and universities for campus hiring and graduate talent pipeline. - Designing and executing campus recruitment drives to attract high-potential students and develop a structured Management Trainee Program. - Proactively sourcing, engaging, and maintaining a pool of external candidates for critical and future roles. - Managing and mentoring a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture, and collaborating with department heads to understand talent requirements. Additionally, you will lead the implementation and optimization of HR analytics and automation across the HR department, using data-driven insights to improve processes and inform decision-making. Preferred qualifications include: - Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 9+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including campus hiring and managing early-career talent programs. - Strong analytical skills, proficiency in HR analytics, reporting, and process automation. - Deep knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, HRIS, and best practices. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and a passion for building great teams.,
