Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Deputy General Manager to lead our Quality Assurance and Quality Control team at Aarti Pharmalabs Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 12-18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to achieve departmental goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Implement corrective actions to address quality concerns.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
Experience in managing quality control teams and implementing quality systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
