DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER - DELIVERY

Job Description: You will be the Deputy General Manager (DGM) for Business Intelligence in the Medical Coding industry, where you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include leading the BI team, managing large data sets, generating actionable insights, and aligning analytics strategies with business objectives to optimize coding accuracy, revenue cycle management, and operational efficiency for healthcare providers through advanced analytics and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Business Intelligence team to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance medical coding accuracy, RCM performance, and client satisfaction. - Develop and implement BI strategies to improve coding operations, compliance, and process efficiency. - Collaborate with senior leadership to define KPIs and metrics for business growth and operational improvements. - Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of large datasets related to medical coding, billing, and revenue cycle management. - Develop automated dashboards, data visualizations, and reports to provide actionable insights for stakeholders. - Analyze coding workflows and revenue cycle processes to identify areas for efficiency improvements, automation, and optimization. - Collaborate with clients to deliver customized BI solutions that enhance their RCM outcomes. - Ensure BI initiatives comply with healthcare regulations and conduct regular audits to identify risks. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in data science, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field. - Master's degree or MBA is a plus. - Eight to ten years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, with at least 5 years in healthcare or medical coding industry. - Experience in a leadership role overseeing BI projects and teams. - Certifications in business intelligence or data analytics tools are a plus (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).,
