Job Description

As a Corporate Real Estate Manager based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the Corporate Real Estate system. Your key responsibilities will include: - Tracking lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments. - Assisting with or managing local Office Leasing transaction implementation with a focus on process standardization. - Facilitating the closeout process, including handing off to the lease administration team. - Providing transactional financial analysis support to the Office Leasing Transaction Management team, including cash flow analysis. - Participating in various real estate Office Leasing transactions, such as lease negotiation and administration. - Administering a quality assurance program, which includes customer satisfaction surveys, key performance indicators, and transaction scorecards. - Reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting financial analysis templates to enable clients to make informed decisions. - Working closely with CBRE and/or client's Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure integration between service lines. - Tracking all Office Leasing transaction activity, preparing commission forecasts and vouchers, and accounting for all savings results achieved on behalf of clients. Qualifications required for this role include: - Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Masters from a recognized university, MBA/PGDM preferred. - Years Of Experience: 5-8+ years of experience in the real estate industry. - Other Skills And Abilities: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and analytical skills. - Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. - Ability to effectively present information. - Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles, and conducts advanced financial analysis. - Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. - Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations, requiring advanced analytical and quantitative skills. - Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
