Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Deputy General Manager to lead our Capital Delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to ensure timely completion of capital delivery projects.
Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with capital delivery projects.
Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of the capital delivery process and its impact on business operations.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
