Deputy General Manager - Architecture & Design

Purpose/Objective

Position will be responsible for overseeing the design and development aspects of real estate projects. This includes leading the project design, planning, and master planning processes. You will be involved in space planning, concept development, and ensuring compliance with architecture, building codes, and zoning regulations.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Roles & Responsibilities - Oversee project design from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. - Lead design planning activities, including setting objectives, strategies, and goals for the architecture team. - Develop master plans for large-scale projects, considering spatial requirements, aesthetics, and functionality. - Coordinate space planning efforts to optimize the use of available space and resources. - Manage the design and development process, overseeing all aspects of architectural work. - Drive concept development, translating ideas into viable design solutions. - Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements. - Collaborate with external consultants and contractors to execute design plans effectively. - Handle approvals and permits processes, liaising with relevant authorities as necessary. - Lead negotiation efforts with stakeholders to secure favorable terms and agreements.
