Deputy General Manager

🔍We're Hiring for Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Quality Assurance (QA)/ Site Lead - QA for Injectable plant.

We are looking for seasoned QA professional with 16 –20 years of experience in sterile/injectable manufacturing at a USFDA-compliant facility.

Position Details:

🔹 Designation: DGM – Quality Assurance (QA)

📍 Location: Pipan, Ahmedabad

🏭 Industry: Sterile/Injectable Pharmaceuticals (USFDA-Approved Facility)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and mentor the QA team to drive continuous improvement

✅ Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards (USFDA, EU GMP, etc.)

✅ Maintain audit readiness and lead CAPA implementation

✅ Oversee timely and compliant batch release

✅ Investigate market complaints using root cause analysis (RCA), and implement effective actions

✅ Supervise validation and qualification activities for systems and equipment

Required Qualifications:

🎓 B.Pharm / M.Pharm/ M.Sc - Micro with strong leadership skills

🧪 16 –20 years in QA within sterile/injectable pharma (USFDA-approved setups)

🛠 Strong understanding of IPQA, cGMP, inspections, CAPA, and validation protocols.

🤝 Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-driven
