Role Overview As a Deputy Director, you will lead a dynamic team of marketing professionals, driving strategic campaigns to enhance AiR's brand presence. You will be responsible for executing high-impact marketing initiatives, optimizing digital and offline outreach, and ensuring alignment with our organisational goals. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns. Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to maintain a consistent brand voice. Analyse marketing performance metrics and optimise strategies accordingly. Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations to amplify outreach. Work closely with the Marketing Director to align marketing objectives with overall business goals. Ideal Candidate Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing, branding, or strategy. Strong leadership skills with experience managing marketing teams. Hands-on experience with social media, content marketing, and performance analytics. Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
