Job Description

The Deputy CFO position involves responsibility for achieving the company's financial goals in areas such as Capital Management, Investments, and Investor Relations. This includes creating a thorough financial strategy, overseeing financial operations and compliance, enhancing efficiency and cost-optimization, managing risks, and guiding capital management and investment decisions to align with the organization's financial objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Managing the company's capital structure, covering equity, debt, and working capital. - Assessing and executing investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions. - Cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions. - Providing clear and transparent financial updates to stakeholders, emphasizing strategic initiatives. - Developing financial models to facilitate strategic investment decisions.
