Job Summary

Bajaj Finance Ltd. is hiring a Deputy Area Sales Manager for the LAP (Loan Against Property) vertical in Chennai. The role involves managing the DSA vertical, handling connectors, generating leads, and converting them into quality LAP business. The candidate must have strong market knowledge and proven experience in mortgage/LAP sales.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, supervise, and grow the DSA and connector network in Chennai for LAP sourcing.
Drive business generation through DSAs, connectors, and open market channels.
Convert leads into disbursements through strong follow-up and customer relationship management.
Achieve area-wise sales targets for LAP loans on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Conduct market visits to track channel activity, build relationships, and identify new opportunities.
Ensure all sourced files meet Bajaj Finance credit norms and documentation standards.
Work closely with credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth processing.
Monitor competitor activities and maintain strong market intelligence.
Provide guidance and support to the sales team (if applicable) within the area.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 47 years of experience in LAP loans, mortgage loans, secured business loans, or home loans.
Strong expertise in DSA vertical management and connector handling is mandatory.
Strong understanding of the Chennai market and customer base.
Proven ability to generate and convert leads into business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling high-volume sourcing.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in LAP loan sales is essential.
