Job Summary

Bajaj Finance Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Deputy Area Sales Manager for LAP products in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Secured Loans and an excellent network with DSAs and channel partners in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sourcing and business growth for Loan Against Property (LAP) in the assigned territory.
Manage and expand relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
Lead and support a sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Ensure high-quality sourcing with compliance to credit policy and minimal deviations.
Collaborate with credit, operations, and cross-functional teams for seamless disbursements.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver superior service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of proven experience in LAP / Mortgage loan sales.
Strong market knowledge of Ahmedabad and surrounding areas.
Solid experience in DSA handling and open market sourcing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Graduate required; MBA preferred.

Age Limit

Up to 35 years (preferred)
