Job Summary

Bajaj Finance Ltd. is hiring a driven Deputy Area Sales Manager to lead LAP Loans business in Jaipur. The ideal candidate must have strong secured lending experience and established connections with DSAs and channel partners in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

Grow Loan Against Property (LAP Loans) business in the assigned location.
Manage DSAs and open market sourcing to drive sales numbers.
Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain portfolio quality with adherence to credit and compliance norms.
Coordinate with internal teams for faster approval and disbursement process.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Strengthen customer relations to ensure excellent service and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4 years experience in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Loans sales
Strong knowledge of Jaipur market and customer base
Experience in DSA handling and team supervision
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Graduate mandatory; MBA preferred

Age Limit

Up to 35 Years (preferred)
