Job Summary

Bajaj Finance Ltd. is looking for a high-performing Deputy Area Sales Manager to drive LAP Loans business in Pune. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Secured Loans and established connections with DSAs and market partners in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sourcing and disbursement growth in LAP Loans in the Pune region
Develop and maintain strong DSA networks and open market sourcing
Lead and support team members to achieve sales targets and productivity goals
Ensure high-quality sourcing with compliance to credit policies
Work closely with credit and operations to ensure smooth processing of files
Track competitor movement and identify new business opportunities
Maintain strong customer relationships with superior service delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Loans sales
Deep market knowledge of Pune and surrounding regions
Strong DSA handling experience and negotiation skills
Good communication and team management abilities
Graduate required; MBA preferred

Age Limit

Up to 35 Years (preferred)
