Job Overview

Secured Business Loans

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and business targets for Secured Business Loans across the assigned area.
Develop and manage DSA networks, connectors, and other channel partners.
Source and acquire new customers through field sales and market networking.
Lead and support the sales team (if assigned) to improve productivity and performance.
Oversee loan evaluation, documentation accuracy, and disbursement coordination.
Ensure high-quality customer engagement and maintain a healthy secured loan portfolio.
Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain full compliance with internal credit parameters and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
in:

Secured Business Loans
LAP / Mortgage Loans
DSA Handling
Open Market Field Sales

Strong communication, negotiation, and sales leadership skills.
Good understanding of the
Bengaluru
market, customer base, and business trends.
Proven track record of achieving targets and driving field sales success.
