Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Deputy Area Sales Manager to drive LAP Loans business in Srikakulam. The candidate must have strong knowledge of Secured Loans and a good network with DSAs and local market partners.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth for LAP Loans in the assigned territory.
Build and manage strong sourcing channels including DSAs and open market sourcing.
Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve business targets.
Maintain strong portfolio quality with compliance to policies.
Ensure smooth coordination with credit and operations teams for timely disbursement.
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and new business opportunities.
Provide excellent customer service and relationship management.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Loans
Strong DSA handling and market knowledge in Andhra Pradesh
Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Graduate required; MBA preferred

Age Limit

Up to 35 years (preferred)
