Job Description

Job Highlights:

Opportunity for CA Inter candidates with experience in
Accounting, Audit, Taxation, and Compliance
Exposure to
rental department operations
and coordination with building owners
Hands-on experience in
ERP systems (Oracle Fusion)
and financial process improvements

Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Coordinate with building owners on rental agreements and related documentation.
Prepare and finalize financial statements in line with statutory requirements.
Manage GST, TDS, and Income Tax return preparation and filing.
Support statutory, tax, and internal audits, including preparation of audit schedules.
Handle accounts payable, lessor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
Assist in budgeting, MIS reporting, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable laws.
Work on Oracle Fusion ERP and contribute to process improvements.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
Practical experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle Fusion).
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
