Key responsibilities I actively lead:

✅ Monitoring and managing depot performance against operational targets

✅ Ensuring vehicle uptime in line with tender commitments

✅ Maintaining accurate MIS reporting for data-driven decisions

✅ Supervising shift engineers and optimizing shift operations

✅ Conducting training for depot staff, engineers, and drivers

✅ Coordinating with Parts, Technical, and HQ teams for smooth support

✅ Ensuring safety compliance and driving continuous improvements

✅ Managing parts inventory and eliminating stock-out risks

Flying Doctor support

✅ Handling service recalls and retrofit completion schedules

✅ Dispatching failed parts to DPAC on time

✅ Conducting joint investigations with vendors and technical experts
