Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Depo Warehouse Supervisor to manage and oversee daily warehouse operations in a retail or quick commerce setup.
The role involves supervising floor operations, managing goods receipt notes (GRN), monitoring billing activities, and coordinating loading and unloading processes.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper storage, inventory accuracy, and timely dispatch of goods.
This position requires effective coordination with different departments to maintain operational efficiency.
The Warehouse Supervisor must ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and prior experience in retail supermarket or hypermarket warehouse operations are essential.
Knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse documentation is preferred.

Work Experience Required

35 Years of relevant experience as Floor Supervisor / GRN Assistant / Billing Executive / Billing Supervisor / GRN Officer / Loading & Unloading Supervisor / Department Officer in a Retail Supermarket / Hypermarket setup.
