As a Business Development Manager, your role will involve collaborating with multiple departments to drive positive results for the business. Your responsibilities will include implementing effective sales strategies, expanding the company's reach, and identifying new business opportunities to enhance revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct industry research to develop sales solutions - Promote products/services to prospective clients - Participate in business meetings to update stakeholders - Provide feedback to sales professionals - Review sales contracts to ensure compliance - Interact with clients and address inquiries Qualifications Required: - Proven track record of sales growth - Experience in customer service, marketing, or sales - Strong understanding of business and sales techniques - Proficiency in project management - Excellent communication skills - Enthusiastic about company growth Additional Company Details: Proficiency in managing CRM systems and prior experience in the tourism and travel sector will be advantageous.
