We are looking for a seasoned Denim Jeans Production Manager to lead operations across 8–10 factories in Mumbai, delivering 1,00,000+ pcs per month. This role demands hands-on denim experience and complete ownership of the production cycle – from fabric to final dispatch.

🔑 What You’ll Do:

-Manage large-scale denim jeans production across multiple factories.

-Oversee cutting, stitching, washing, finishing & packing for timely delivery.

-Ensure denim quality standards, cost control & efficiency.

-Source & develop new vendors for denim fabrics, trims & washing units.

-Lead production teams with strong planning & execution.

-Track progress with MIS & production reports.

👤 Who You Are :

✔ Denim jeans experience is a must (8–15 years in production management).

✔ Proven expertise in multi-factory operations with high-volume output.

✔ Strong vendor sourcing, negotiation & team leadership skills.

✔ Hands-on with MIS / ERP & lean manufacturing practices.

✔ A results-driven performer with ability to deliver speed, scale & quality.
