Position-DCDP and CDP

Key Responsibilities:

- DCDP:

- Assisting Senior Chefs: Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation under the supervision of senior chefs.

- Kitchen Operations: Maintain high standards of food hygiene, manage inventory, and ensure timely execution of dishes.

- Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and maintain kitchen cleanliness.

- CDP:

- Section Leadership: Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation.

- Menu Planning: Contribute to menu development, kitchen workflow enhancements, and implementation of new cooking techniques.

- Team Management: Guide and train junior chefs, maintain kitchen discipline, and uphold culinary standards.

Requirements:

- DCDP:

- Education: Formal culinary training or equivalent certification.

- Experience: 1-3 years of practical experience in a professional kitchen.

- Skills: Basic cooking techniques, kitchen safety, and teamwork.

- CDP:

- Education: Culinary degree or equivalent certification.

- Experience: 1-3years of experience in a professional kitchen, with prior roles as a Chef de Partie or similar position.

- Skills: Advanced cooking techniques, menu planning, leadership, and team management.

Salary-Very Attactive salary
