About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Demi Chef de Partie (Continental) to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing high-quality continental dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the CDP and Sous Chef in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Cooking

  • Prepare, cook, and present continental dishes according to company recipes and standards.
  • Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of all dishes.
  • Support with mise-en-place and batch preparation.

Kitchen Operations

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
  • Assist with receiving and stock rotation of kitchen supplies.

Coordination & Support

  • Work closely with the CDP and other team members during service hours.
  • Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Assist in training Commis and junior staff when required.

Quality & Standards

  • Uphold company culinary standards and contribute to menu development ideas.
  • Ensure adherence to portion control, waste management, and food quality procedures.

Requirements

  • Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I in Continental cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of continental cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Professional grooming and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
