The Whole Truth Foods (www.thewholetruthfoods.com) is a young startup that aims to rebuild the worlds trust in its food. We are Indias first (and so far only) 100% Clean Label packaged food company.

In a world of loud claims and quiet disclaimers, we mention all of the 1 to 7 kitchen ingredients used in our products legibly in the front of our packs, because we have nothing to hide. We dont use any lab-made or natural sounding chemical alternatives in our food, and we never need to use disclaimers.

In a world obsessed with speed & efficiency, we eschew off-the-shelf 3rd Party recipes or manufacturing and craft and manufacture all of our food ourselves from farm produce, as the only way to ensure the quality & cleanliness of our food. Our philosophy is simple: rather than use the minimum amount of truth that is legally defensible, we want to become the worlds most trusted company by making the cleanest food ever and always sharing the whole truth about our food on the pack. Bad faith actors use the nuances and technicalities in food, fitness and nutrition to confuse people and prevent them from educated choices, so we go the other way. About the job:

The Whole Truth is a 100% Clean Label brand that does not use any preservatives. This results in reduced shelf life and a complex Supply Chain.

One of TWTs values is that consumers are family. At TWT we go above and beyond to delight our consumers, and this results in complex operations in turn resulting in a complex planning environment.

• Responsible for leading demand planning process for TWT; Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function
• Review historical sales trends, demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results
• Interact with sales, category, accounts teams to understand demand forecast drivers for S&OP
• Lead & strengthen the S&Op process for the Organisation
• Follow a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing and Customer marketing to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for S&OP
• Closely coordinate and communicate inputs/action plans with supply planning
• Apply error analysis / CPFR techniques to improve forecasting

Personality:

• Analytical; Detail oriented person with the ability to spot patterns
• Collaborative in nature; should be able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts
• Strong in excel & analytical skills
• Strong communication skills & ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational, decision making, and Data presentation skills

Edge:

MBA in SCM; 3-4 years experience in Demand/Supply planning
