Demand Planner

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for ensuring availability at the point of sale for regulated markets. You will need to analyse data effectively to identify various scenarios and business opportunities. Managing FG inventory at all levels according to norms will be a key part of your responsibilities. Your role will involve planning requirements generation and working closely with Supply planning teams to align the requirements with supply constraints to ensure sales continuity. You will play a crucial role in resolving supply constraints by exploring alternatives for supply and batch size changes in collaboration with supply planning and manufacturing teams. You will also be required to review confirmed manufacturing plans and identify reasons impacting finished goods availability. Conducting various forums such as MPRM, campus S&OP, E-S&OP, and S&OP will be part of your routine tasks. Holding review meetings with business leads on critical project statuses and keeping markets informed about supply situations for monthly and short/medium-term ranges will also be your responsibilities. Additionally, you will participate in marketing review meetings to address concerns related to forecasting variations, non-moving inventories, and budget trends. Collaboration with external agencies for demand planning automation tools and ensuring their accuracy will also be a crucial aspect of your role. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Prior experience in supply chain management or demand planning will be an advantage.
