Demand Planner

As a Demand and Supply Planning Manager, your role involves developing and implementing the Demand Plan, Supply Plan, and Distribution Plan. You will lead monthly Sales & Operations Planning and Demand Planning Meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Finished Goods Inventory by monitoring and publishing the status of FG (Red/Orange/Yellow). - Ensure monthly write-off and disposal of Expired and Damaged FG in collaboration with Supply Chain Operations and the Commercial group. - Collaborate with the sales team to reduce Orange FG Inventory and suitably deploy Yellow FG Inventory. Develop and lead the Planning to maximize team effectiveness by: - Evaluating the job description to keep it relevant with changing job requirements. - Helping in the creation of annual KRAs. - Ensuring monthly PIP discussions with the team and self with written PIPs in ATFL format and recording key discussion points. - Developing, training, motivating, evaluating team members for job performance, and ensuring fair compensation. Establish best-in-class service to Modern Trade and CSD by: - Ensuring Deployment and Shipments to CSD customers as per the Purchase Order. - Collaborating with DMT sales team and customers to understand evolving needs. - Working collaboratively with DMT sales team and customers to effectively execute Phase-in Phase-out or New Product Launches. Qualification Required: - Graduation in Arts/Commerce/Science/Engineering. - 3-5 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in data management and Excel skills. - Strong analytical and communication skills.
