Key Responsibilities

• Ensure product availability at the point of sale for regulated markets.
• Analyze data to identify business scenarios and opportunities.
• Manage finished goods (FG) inventory across all levels in line with company norms.
• Generate requirement plans and coordinate with supply planning teams to align demand with supply constraints.
• Resolve supply challenges by exploring alternatives such as batch size changes and collaborating with manufacturing teams.
• Review manufacturing plans and identify factors impacting FG availability.
• Conduct MPRM, campus S&OP, E-S&OP, and S&OP forums.
• Lead review meetings with business heads on critical project updates.
• Communicate supply situations to markets for monthly and short/medium-term planning.
• Participate in marketing reviews to address forecasting issues, non-moving inventory, and budget trends.
• Collaborate with external partners to implement and validate demand planning automation tools.
