Demand Planner - GDSO - US Market - Zydus

As a Demand Planner at Zydus, your role will involve ensuring product availability at the point of sale for regulated markets. You will be responsible for analyzing data to identify business scenarios and opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing finished goods (FG) inventory across all levels in line with company norms. - Generating requirement plans and coordinating with supply planning teams to align demand with supply constraints. - Resolving supply challenges by exploring alternatives such as batch size changes and collaborating with manufacturing teams. - Reviewing manufacturing plans and identifying factors impacting FG availability. - Conducting MPRM, campus S&OP, E-S&OP, and S&OP forums. - Leading review meetings with business heads on critical project updates. - Communicating supply situations to markets for monthly and short/medium-term planning. - Participating in marketing reviews to address forecasting issues, non-moving inventory, and budget trends. - Collaborating with external partners to implement and validate demand planning automation tools. The qualifications required for this role are a B. Pharm or B.E. degree along with an MBA.
